We're sorry. Housekeeping doesn't enter the room unless the guest asked so. In future, we will get the room cleaned on daily basis.

Suitable for short business trips or family trip - 2-3 nights stay. Management need to stop some guests from smoking in the room.

The room was ok but in terms of the size it’s bit small even for one person. As for muslim, there was no space for prayer. You have to pray on the bed.

Can walk to Paradigm Mall
My parents stayed for 2 separate nights. They had different room for each night. We booked the Romance room. It is supposed to be bigger BUT WE COULD HARDLY WALK. The rooms are so small. The room is not sound proof. Could hear the neighbours sound - even talking. The facilities are faulty. Bathroom faucet leaks. Kettle not working. Room bulb not working. However, the rooms are clean and they have very friendly staff. And this hotel is very near Paradigm Mall. Can easily walk over.

Sorry to know that your parents are not satisfied with the room. Superior View room are our bigger room with window so probably this is a suitable room type for them. Thanks for highlighting on the issues of the room, we could have change it for you on the spot if you inform our front desk. 1 cockroach in the bathroom. Room had a balcony with all the ventilation machines always on, making noise 24 hour a day. Very small room, no space for a decent desk and chair. The only positive is the receptionist was very helpful and kind.

Walls are too thin. Outside and corridor noises, like toilet flushing and doors closing are a nuisance especially late in the night or early morning.

Easy access, parking provided, convenient location for me to go to my office, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent service only from one indian female staff who always there in the morning. The rest of the front desk staffs needs more training as check ins can be quite long. I experienced this more than 2 times already.

Room has mosquitoes. Toilet has no toileteries. Towels are yellowish and has dust on it. Shower space is very narrow like 600mm only. Hairdryer need to borrow from reception.

The sound proof is no good, we can hear the sound of people closing the outside room door and we can heard next door sound about what they are doing.

The romance deluxe room was clean. The toilet was decent size. Hope they upkeep the estatic of the rooms and hotel in general for time to come. As some paint and patchwork need to be done.

Very Nice Hotel
We enjoyed our stay at Eiffel Hotel Kelana Jaya. The staff were really friendly and approachable. Our room was cozy and the bathroom is clean. WiFi signal was really strong and fast. They also provide you with bottled water and coffee for your whole stay. There were also towels, shampoo and liquid soap in our bathroom. There was no cable tv, only local tv but it's not really a big deal if you would mostly be outside the hotel. The hotel is also near RapidKL bus stops (one at Kelana Jaya Medical Center and one at Kelana Puteri Condominium) so it was easy to go around from there. Overall, I can say this is a very nice hotel to stay in.

Waited 1 hour to find out they didn't have a room
Have stayed many times before... Despite this... Hotel staff asked us to double pay for the room because they had lost the email from Hotels.com... This process took 1 hour (at 11:40 pm). Then.. they told us they didn't have the room we booked anyway.. Asked us to pay the upgrade.. When I complained.. They told me it wasn't their problem, call Hotels.com.. So I did, from the desk. Hotels.com did a good job of sorting it out, despite the hotel being difficult, Hotels.com refunded the extra money we paid to upgrade... Not the hotel.. All this.. and we were regulars there... The rooms are quite good for what they are.. clean and all. But this experience left a VERY bitter taste in my mouth...
