Highly recommended
Located in a very convenient and strategic area. Since it is just next to Atria, there was no problem getting food too. The suite is comfy, clean and safe.

Basically it is just a condo but the apartment is big! The only troublesome thing is the tapping in and out.

as a regular guest,i can see the maintenance of theroom is very poor. feel the springs when you lay on the bed,dusty floor, broken. holders for the toilet paper and towels too.

I booked the apartment from 16th July to 21 July but on the 20 July the password to enter my room decline and I called the reception asking how come it’s password decline when my stay end on 21 July. So far I’ve stay in this apartment a few time but this the first incident .

Horrible state of cleanliness!
Horrible apartment. Checkin was dubious, bedsheets & pillowcase dirty with stains, no towels/bath mats, wifi does NOT work.

Overall stayed is good. Clean room with good size. Area is convenient and next to a shopping mall. WiFi was bad...unable to connect. Hotel staff e.g housekeepers were unable to communicate in English when called.

This shall be the go-to apartment if I am around PJ area. It is just beside a mall, and if you want local food, you can find them around the area too!

Excellent condition , large room, mall in same building very convenient. the only down point is TV. No English channels and some of some rooms have WI-FI machine problem, we had to change rooms and machines to get Wi-FI. other than that , very recommended and will go back.

Great spacious rooms, very convenient being in th email, returned 3 times on this trip to the same hotel. only issue is the Internet in some rooms does not work, so we had to switch room, another issue is the TV only few ocal channels with no English or international channels. need definitely to take care of these 2 issues.

Overall, value for money and the amenities is quite good. However, the check in process was slow as there is only one staff that is managing all the check in guest. There were some issues with the pin no. with previous guest and I waited for around 10 minutes before the staff could attend to me.

Excellent location and price with average service.
The location is excellent. The shopping mall in the same complex is very large with most types of shops, restaurants and supermarket. But the front desk is not 24hours. The suite looks like a flat in a building. The room is 3 stars quality only and with very few free items (only water and shampoo). Overall good for price and good for location. You can enjoy cooking your own food with the stove and basic kitchen items. The price is very attractive as such room would cost little higher at other hotels.

The management has to be more alert to the misappropriation of guests' details - allowing other people to sign in under my booking was a bit far fetched. Other than this everything was good. They compensated by giving a larger unit.

Very spacious and clean room right above a mall.
This is an Amazing place to stay, there is a big mall right at the bottom. The room is very spacious and clean. Everything is good. However, the room keycode changed on my 2nd day, I think it is automatic. Fortunately, the staff is very prompt and helpful with this issue and I can open the door again. The TV is not working but it is ok as we spent most of the time in the mall. A good deal for this stay.

The room should have Astro at least basic ones to watch tv. Or even Hypptv whichever is cheaper. The iron made my scarf burn although the iron was set in low heat. Make the price worth it to pay.

Not the most easy to find, (next to papparich atria, Block B), but it’s conveniently located next to the atria shopping mall. Friendly staff and Good security Minor Gripe: Wi-Fi Internet wasn’t working for the 3 days I was there

Dishonest management
We checked out from our stay early, before the check out time. We asked for the deposit back the night before as the management will not be available early in the morning. However, the person in charge said he will transfer the deposit back to us, we trusted him and gave our account number knowing he will transfer to us. Till now, after reminding him, he acknowledged but did not do it. An act of dishonesty. I will not recommend others to stay this place ever.

Chased away guest like hell.
I checked in at around 20:20pm. I realised I needed to sleep longer for the next day. After that have asked permission from ms. Lisa checkout at 13:00pm, she has stated specially that theyre expecting quite a high arrival, she would be appreciated check out no later then 1pm. I fully understand and promised her. That I will not check out later than 1pm. The next day I came back from lunch at 12:45, at room doorstep, the phone rang and rang. 12:50 the 3persons of housekeeping team rang the door bell, stood in front of me with serious face. I angrily dragged my luggage and I arrived at the main reception counter at 13:00. To morning shift receptionist: Why do you need to treat your guest like this? Make your guest so nervous, ringing phone before 1pm, trying to chase your guest away with this method? Can't you come up to chase your guest at exactly 1pm? This was my 2nd time stayed at Atria, but sorry guys, I like the polite and friendly receptionist who works on night shift only msLisa, besides that the overall experience I was absolutely angry, and frustrating, give 3 out of 5. This was not the first time for disappointing service of receptionist crew in morning shift!

Place is spacious, quiet and super clean, good for people with OCD :) Convenient - located next to a mall with many choices of food. Check-in instructions are clear, fast and easy. Would highly recommended this place.

Clean, Spacious and Affordable
The room is clean and spacious to house 3 people. I paid less than S$150 for 3 days 2 nights. It is very affordable considering per person only pay less than $50 for 2 nights. The apartment is right beside Atria mall which makes buying groceries and toiletries very convenient. However the apartment is not near any train station therefore traveling around can be hassle. I suggest to rent a car or travel around via Grab
