Had a great stay. Friendly staff and good room. Pool is really nice. Be mindful that there is a large construction going on next to the hotel which made a lot of noise...and will probably continue for a long time.

Location is close to petronas tower and KLCC station. Hotel is dated and not to be looked after. Especially bathroom is very old but there was housekeeping everyday. It was a quick check in and check out.

The ambience is wonderful. The location of the hotel is very strategic. Nearby to shopping and places to eat. Recommended.

Great location! Only 3-5 minutes walk to access to the KLCC station. And less than 10 minutes walk to KLCC park and twin tower. This hotel has an excellent breakfast selections. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They also have great service after checking out. I asked if I can leave our suitcases while we go for sightseeing before going to the airport, and yes they have this service. Also this hotel was letting us to take shower at the second floor beside the pool area. Very thoughtful hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

It is in the center of klcc, good choice for city walk. The hotel is little old, room doesn’t look like 4star hotel level. No slippers or brush, toothpaste provided in room when I arrived, had to ask for it.

Great Breakfast
The hotel is in an excellent location-very walkable and easy access to malls, KLCC park, Petronas towers. There was a water issue before we arrived. The hallway smelled of mildew. There was no hot water but everything was fixed by next morning. The water pressure was good and hot temp. The front desk was very attentive to assure us the problem was fixed. The room was clean but was quite worn as was the hallway carpet. The bed is comfortable - mattress is more on the firm side. Air con is cold. Water is provided in the room each day. The breakfast buffet is outstanding- highly recommend. The breakfast menu changes daily.

A wonderfully central property with lots of walkability, and two train stations on different lines close by. It has a lovely old school luxury foyer. The rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathroom, and it is most definitely not quiet. We were on the 8th floor and could still hear lots of street noise. Staff were lovely and attentive and caring — definitely 5 star level service. It’s a great family hotel, which didn’t appeal to us as a childfree couple. I didn’t use the pool as too many children in it. I’d still happily stay there again if I couldn’t get into one of my preferred hotels, which is what happened in this instance. EXPEDIA MESSED US AROUND WITH A SCAM LISTING AND I’M STILL FIGHTING FOR A REFUND!

The only good thing about this hotel is the distance to KLCC. It’s at a walkable distance from KLCC. The rooms were not clean. Hair could be seen all over the room and was not cleaned. Bedsheet also wasn’t clean , had stains . The pathway to the rooms also had smell and moulds could be seen. The property needs serious renovation . Not worth the money paid for. Not at all recommended.

Terrible rooms. Very old type. You imagine you are 50 years going backward. Ver old and dirty carpet in room, blinds was in terrible situtation. Very noisy during nigh as windows aparrently couldn't block any sounds. Bathroom was very old style. My duaghter didn't take a shower during 8 nights being there. The property is not even 2 stars but it is advertised as 4 star by Expedia. It is a shame for Expedia to promote a fake information for its custumer. I lost my trust t Expedia. Very unhappy to select this hotel for my visit. Good aspect: Room was big. The location of Hotel was very convenient with walking distance to KLCC

Hotel is old but unfortunately badly maintained. Room, carpet, wardrobe, bedsheets & pillows have foul smell. Toilet has various stains and shower head kept in falling and shower door doesn’t close. Not a good stay for us. Location wise is great though.

This is not a 4 star hotel at all. the lobby was ok but the rooms was really terrible I am travelling for morethan two decades and this is for sure the worst quality of room. very old furnitures and bath, at least few decades old Dirty rooms including sheets curtins and sufas I complaints the expedia for recommending this property as 4 Star accommodation, it ruins my trust on Expedia

Corus Hotel
Needed a place to stay last minute, Corus Hotel managed to have availability for us and also upgraded the room for us. Although the building is old, it is in a very safe area and a 10 minute walk to the KLCC Towers and a food truck place nearby to keep us full during the night.

The lobby looks like that of a 4 star hotel but the rooms are in dire need of renovation. The staff are friendly and the hotel location is really good, walking distance to the Petronas twin towers and major MRT stations but the rooms and the kitchen is similar to a 2 star hotel.
