The staff was amazing. Also had the best price, make sure to get the breakfast included, if you’re planning on doing activities. The had happy hour and a nice pool. Overall, really enjoyed staying here and will stay here in the future.

This place is old and is in need of a renovation. We found many cockroaches on premises running through the corridors. Very unclean and unhygienic. Location is good 5 mins to the beach. The breakfast is terrible , limited options and also just unhygienic. Would I stay here again. Absolutely not. You’ve be warned!

Ibis - but not as you know it. Enjoyed our stay!
Ibis but not as you know it - really stylish, bright, airy and comfortable. Lovely pool area, pool table and breakfast was good. Rooms have a tiny balcony overlooking pool. Happy hour bogof cocktails and beers. Free shuttle bus to beach but you can also stroll there past the shops in 20 minutes. Room had a safe, air con, kettle and good sized bathroom. Really good location, great value for money.

Quieter location
The good stuff - comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, free hourly shuttle to the beach (except 12noon and 7pm) The stuff that could be improved - condition of bathrooms needs updating, housekeeping staff would miss cleaning our room and we had to ask several times for it to be done - they also would forget to replenish basic items like the tea and toilet roll, very noisy guests staying in the hotel that would be very inconsiderate around the pool (spitting in the drains by a couple of guests which was reported to staff) and around the breakfast buffet although I understand this is not down to the hotel, cocktails weren’t great and food on the menu was ok but pretty basic standard, we booked a twin room which was pretty small and could not have our suitcases open on the floor

Bad Experience !! Try some nearby properties.
I had booked, 1 Double Bed, 215-sq-foot (20-sq-meter) room, balcony with city views. But the room I was given was a corner room, had no balcony without any view. There were hardly a couple of dishes in Vegetarian and were very tasteless. The room was also stinking and the toilet wasn't cleaned properly. They took a security deposit of 1000Thb on arrival and forgot to return it during checkout and said Thankyou your checkout is done. When I reminded them that they haven't returned the deposit they said sorry and gave me a slip to sign and returned the money. The room size is slightly bigger than matchbox.

The front desk officer are friendly & helpful as we have booked 9 rooms in few bookings also managed to arrange accordingly, convenient 7 Eleven store just 3 mins walking distance from hotel, nice swimming pool too.

The grounds are well maintained and clean. The pool area is nice and daily happy hours are a good break in the after noon following a day of excursions. The rooms are very clean. We even watched the cleaning staff mopping the balconies. That was impressive. However the rooms are VERY small. Absolutely no place to put clothes away and there is a really weird small window with cheap, mostly broken blinds, covering it. Makes absolutely no sense as to why it’s there. It’s difficult for two people to move around comfortably without tripping over each other. There is really no personality to the rooms and the hallway reminds me of an old hospital or school. The breakfast was just OK. Not very appetizing for a resort breakfast bar. It is not convenient to the beach, although the shuttle runs once an hour. Considering there are many other places to stay in the same price range that offer better location and larger rooms I would look elsewhere if we ever come back to Krabi.

The worst exp. among my 2 weeks biz trip
Front staff is un-professional and bad service mind, he didn't know whether my booking was applicable for Tax invoice nor Accor member point. And he even declined my asking for help to drop a coffee glass even the bin was behind him. In the room, overall it was clean, but the connecting door wasn't completely close (what if my belonging disappear ?), and the water was drained very slow during bathing. In addition, in the morning, some staff drilled the wall beside my room which was very annoying I really happy that I didn't paid for Accor Plus this year

Near to halal food spot(very near to mosque) very comfortable bed, swimming pool, Malaysia style soket plug, unfortunately the buffet b'fast not friendly muslim. For muslim just avoid the buffet b'fast.

Friendly and helpful staff, a good family hotel. It is a good location, the room was regularly serviced, clean towels and water provided every day. Minor gripes were - limited breakfast menu, if you have a room at the front of the hotel you will be woken at 05:00 by wailing from the adjacent mosque. For some unknown reason at 16:30 everyday loud disco music is switched on by the main pool, quite bizarre. However it is a good value budget hotel.

We requested for a room facing the pool during the booking and although there were empty rooms available but it was not given to us. Room service has been poor as well as the receptionist hangs up the phone without trying to understand our request. Electricity restarted every 10 mins during middle of night. Breakfast was great and room was spacious.

When arriving to Ibis Styles we were properly greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but my only complaint would be that it was very much smaller than what I am accustomed to. The pool area was very nice and there were many activities planned for the Songkram festival, which was on April 13. The breakfast buffet was good and a wide variety. The restaurants and markets are right outside of hotel and a short walk to the beach (or you can take the hotel shuttle).

The check in procedure must really be improve, it was a long wait despite my booking was made entirely online (fully paid and a month prior) and I arrived on the property a little over 4pm local time. Ample time to sort out room turn over for checking in new guest. However the location is great as it is up hill from the main commercial roads and plenty of Halal eateries just in front of the hotel.
