the worst 2 stars hotel

This is the worst experience in my whole life after travelling for so many years around the world. The room is dirty with the bedsheet all yellowish, side tables that are broken, dirty toilet and rude staffs ! Please consider before staying here. You can use additional RM 10 for better service, comfortable, clean and the best service in town.

Got problem aircond,Dusty room,door lock problem (employees do not care).breakfast low service.

We served the standard breakfast: Bread, cereal with coffee, tea & milk with either fried noodle or fried rice or nasi lemak.

Nice hotel closer to the shopping complex

Its a really nice hotel for those who love shopping with urban style. The hotel located at Warisan Square that have so many attractions. Next to it is Centre Point shopping complex. Its near to the beach and many market and stores available around. You can feel the Kota Kinabalu vibes!

Overall ok if you dont mind the noises

Hotel itself is right in the middle of town, behind Centerpoint to be exact. Food, ATM, transportation are really easy. Took the "kampung style" room and was surprised there is no bed, only mattress in it so its really not worth the money. Seriously, do you think kampung people dont use bed? The wall in their kampung style rooms are pure plaster! At night time you can literally hear next room snoring and during daytime you can hear their staff chatting, phone ring and all sort of noise. If you dont care about privacy, only need a place to stay right next to everything then this hotel is for you.

1. Easy to go anyway - teksi centre. 2. Nearest to shoping complex. 3. Aircod service not good. 4. Can't see view out side because my room no window.

verry disapointed

very different from pic i look at the hotel review.• Standard Room, Shared Bathroom, Partial Sea View (Private Toilet) misunderstanding about the toilet.my fault not read full type of room only spot on (ptivate toilet) but actually share bathroom. i cant accept that i take a vacay then shared the toilet with other.they wrote queen but i got single bed lucky me only pay rm89 from the actual price is rm 139. but RM89 for my room is very not satisfied. most disapointed is only 10 x 5 sqr feet around and my room is triangle u can imagine it .no bed only single mattress,a mirror,hangers,towel as i ask the staff,no wardrobe no sea view. I can got the other hotel with this equipment for only rm50 and below. last one before i check out i take a shower around 7.30 am and there is no water in shower room. force go to the toilet to take a shower.

Decent stay for budget concerned travellers.

Located at one of the best spot in Kota Kinabalu city so it's easy for you to look at main spot from here. The only downside is room I booked is totally terrible. Air conditioner body seems to be broken (misplaced from the handle) and doesn't cool enough. Staff however is very friendly.

About Le Hotel

Room ok..comfortable..all facilities are there..we choose the standard room without sea view..but, more comfort rather than you choose a single room with sea view and have to share bathroom and also toilet..outside your bedroom.so far, i'm satisfied with the Le Hotel.thankyou

The toilet was not really clean. There are still rooms for improvement. It is located in the center of kota kinabalu area. Easy access to Philippines market and night market. There is no parking provided by the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The Internet was a little bit slow but the options were ample to choose from.

Bad soundproofing! Bad service.

Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, easy to get to the hotel. Location is great, center of city, easy to get food and shopping mall just 10 steps away from the hotel building. Rooms are small, simple, no TV but hotel provides free Wifi. I would have given this hotel a better rating, but I felt like I was in the twilight zone because of the bad soundproofing of the room. I can clearly hear the guest next door talking on the phone 2am in the morning followed by the noisy snoring sound. The hotel double charged my stay even I mentioned to them that I had paid during the online booking but they say I didn't clear the bill. I ask them to double check, they insists me to pay before I rush to airport. After contacting hotels.com, the hotel staff call me back and say the will refund the extra payment to me without apologies. Will NOT stay at this hotel again.

It was a budget hotel I guess so don't expect more for the room. Air conditioning was terrible maybe due to no routine maintenance done. Shower nozzle was broken and the water sprinkle all over the place during bath. The receptionist was not that friendly and put a long face when dealing with customer. Overall, can say 2 star out of 5.

this hotel should not event be in online booking.

this is my worse stay ever in any hotel with this rate. The room smell like roaches and the cleanliness not very pleasant. room odor is bad.
