One night stay
very old facility and not enough lights in room. well are thin and can hear the one next door talking. bad smell in bathroom. water leakage from pipe and the sounds make hard to sleep.

Better think twice to stay here.
Hotel needs to be renovated. So old. There are plenty better hotel with the price. The good thing is the location only. in the city.

Cheap but loud
Great location and price - very central, 10 min to the KK town centre and 5 min to Jesselton (port for boats to islands). However downfall: not serving breakfast and super loud air conditioner! Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge are useful. Also window allows all the noise from road outside to ruin your sleep so avoid unless you have good earplugs. Room very small and bathroom need refurbishing.
