Renovations needed for this beautiful hotel. Remove old smelly carpet, painting hallways and needs new mattress. Need glass cleaning from outside. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay.

Hotel staffs are helpful and nice. But beds and furniture are old, and the hotel is not really practicing SOP against coronovirus especially when using the elevator.

The staff was great. The room was a bit dated . Breakfast selection was excellent.

Gd location just next to a shopping mall.
The room service serves great tasting lobster....also the simple congee with condiments... a must try indeed !
The mattresses however need to be replaced as they are already curved at the centre & certainly not able to gv gd support of the spine

the hotel stay was nice but breakfast was not included in the room rate.... the term breakfast included (pay at the hotel) confusing...better say breakfast not included in the first place.

Hotel room is a bit old with damp smell. Visitors tend to smoke at non-smoking floor causing weird smell at the corridor. Bathroom is clean and bed is comfortable.
