"The property was listed as a non-smoking property, but when we got to our elevator floor, I can smell the heavy smoke right away. Our room was a smoke room, with cigarette tray. We stayed in that room the 1st night because we assumed that this whole property is probably a smoke environment. The next day we asked for a smoke free room, and luckily there was a room available. The room was spacious and with lots of storage. The bathroom and the shower faucets was the highlight of the hotel. It so modern! We love it! But we wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to any friends of ours. "

The rooms are basic, but extremely clean and housekeeping keeps them that way at all times, front desk is warm and welcoming! But for me, the best part of this hotel is the restaurant staff!! Sopha and Chanda who work in the morning and afternoon, are without a doubt the two finest servers I’ve ever encountered in my numerous travels around the world as well as being a hotelier for over 35 years! And what is pretty much a three star resort, these ladies, as well as the other restaurant staff provide you with five star five diamond service, they remember your habits, know what you order, know what you like to drink, it’s as if they read your mind, you don’t even have to ask! Please please remember to tip these fine individuals! They survive on very little income monthly, and even one dollar can change their life, hopefully you’ll tip far more than a dollar however! "
