Excellent Choice
A great place to stay, especially for the price! The lady who runs it is super nice and helpful - would highly recommend! (worth mentioning, there's a 1000 baht deposit and a/c costs extra)

Quiet, friendly and near the beach.
Great location for the beach, 5 minute walk but away from the noise. Handy for local bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and room both in great condition and very clean. Our only issue was our fan room was very hot, even hotter than outside at times, sleeping with the fan on was no problem though.

Nothing fancy but a pleasant stay!
We enjoyed staying here. Great location! Kind staff. The private room had a lot of space. But because the room was so big, we regretted choosing the fan room over having AC ! Beds were very hard but surprisingly more comfortable than we imagined.

Ya my stay was comfortable the only thing was the sheets on the bed didn't sim to be clean alot of stains on the sheets.the travel desk was very good locan was good close to everything 5 min walk to beach.secure room nothing was touch.lady that owns or manages at front desk very helpful.

Fine place to stay short term. Very hot in fan only room. Very noisy due to proximity to road. A lot of sewage flowing down road outside of guest house. Ok room, nice big fridge, clean room. Only one cockroach in all 4 days we stayed there. Staff was ok.

Clean and close to everything
The staff were pleasant, the room was very clean although they never cleaned it during the 3 nights we were there. When I asked for a second pillow they initially said there werent any but when I told them I cant sleep without one (without a second pillow I literally slept for 3 hours if that, the night before) they gave me one. It was noisy at times but overall bearable, ear plugs are always handy. Loved the location as it was right in middle of Sairee and 7-11/many restaurants and bars were within minutes walk away. They provided a mini fridge but no hot water kettle. Would stay at again because it was clean and close to everything.

Decent budget option
Overall a reasonable stay. Good location near to the beach and bars/restaurants. Some noise from the road at night. Room was clean and shower hot and powerful. Some wear to the room such as a tear in the bedding and the window not quite shutting properly. Also the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. However given the price I was satisfied and would recommend if you are on a backpackers budget. Staff were friendly.

Good location, helpful staff
We had to move room 3 times due to cleanliness of the room (bugs on sheets and mouse droppings on floor) but staff were so good at changing us rooms until we were happy: the final room was clean and suited us perfectly. She was so kind and helpful. Good sleep and warm showers/ great location. Make sure you check your room but I do recommend
