Family hotel.
Hotel is a little dated but clean. Air conditioning in room was very noisy.

My first bad experience hotel
staff careless and sleeping during working hour. toilet bowl frush got problem. room floor and bed is dirt. Only one receptionist and cause waiting long time during check in. Free wifi speed super slow.

Quite a Disappointment
I just don't feel safe walking around the neighborhood. Service was okay but everything looks rundown. Quite a disappointment comparing to the pictures and info published.

A COMFORT STAY. HAVE TO UPGRADE THE FACILITIES. HAVE AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF BUTTONS FOR LIGHTS. DON'T INSTRUCT CUSTOMERS TO SWITCH OFF LIGHTS BUTTONS. I AM SURE. MANY CUSTOMERS WILL NOT CARE TO READ NOTICE YOU STICK. NOT LIKE ME I CARE.

Nice Hotel for short business stay
Overall the hotel is okay based on the price you are paying. The bed is comfortable, the air-condition is quite powerful. The shower is not bad for a budget hotel.

Budget hotel stay
Lack of basic amenties inside the bathroom and shower head is weak. The taxi driver employed by Family hotel is extrocious. Daylight robbery so be warned to take the taxi called up by the hotel reception. The bed is hard and lack of soft pillows. Good selection of TV programs for a budget hotel and nearby coffeeshop taste good as well.

Family hotel in Klang.
stay 3 night in Klang for business. some cheep restaurants around hotel. Acceptable to stay this hotel to work in Klang. toilet damaged my room when I checked in, but repaired in next day. cleaning staff and reception are generally friendly. facility is generally old, but I can recommend this hotel if stay in Klang.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen saknade fönster. Lite läskigt område kring hotellet. Men helt klart godkänt om man behöver ett billigt ställe att övernatta på. Ingen frukost, men fanns en restaurang med dygnet runt öppet på andra sidan gatan.
