"The room was large, clean, and modern. The public areas were well decorated and clean. The breakfast restaurant was nice and had a nice variety of selections. The service was helpful and courteous and welcoming. The only problem was there were not enough of elevators. We had to plan ahead to be sure we got to the lobby with our luggage to leave."

Excellent fitness facilities that we made full use of. Location very good and easy to travel from to get to notable landmarks in Seoul. I am a regular traveller and I look forward to returning to this hotel. I won’t be looking elsewhere for my stays in Seoul - it will always be the Shilla Seoul."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times and love it here. The staff is very helpful and kind. And many of them speak a decent amount of English in case that’s something you’re concerned about. This location in Myeongdong is also ideal! It’s steps away from both the subway and the airport bus and just a block away from all the shops and restaurants in the busy Myeongdong area. I love this hotel and look forward to my next stay here!"
