I really love this hotel. It's amazing in every way! The staff, the buildings, the restaurant, the pool, the beach, the sunset, the nature, the scenery, the security, the cleanliness and the amenities. I'd say, every second in the hotel is priceless. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they always assist you heartedly and promptly.
An amazing experience the hotel is a visual spectacle. Being able to between the 3 resorts is wonderful. Highly recommend this location. Worth the expense.
All facilities' condition was good but the room condition was not safisfied. Amenities were cheap one and bathroom was worn out. But it was truely good stay and will visit again!
This entire property: hotels, villas, pools, private beach!,
restaurants is the Perfect location to begin or end your Bali
dream experience. Restful, upbeat, convenient.
Everything was beautiful on the outside. We stayed in the Jimbaran Suite. Once we got inside the room you notice. The rug on the floor was dirty. Your water turns brown sometimes, used bottled water to brush your teeth. Any they are quite pricey compared to the other place we stayed which was a suite as well. They don’t give you anything for free here. Be prepared to spend.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and necklace that was made with flowers. We stayed 9 days and everyone from the staff to the housekeeping were all genuinely nice and caring. The hotel was very clean and updated. Would definitely come back again!

The stay was really good! The room is quite small, and starting to show some age but apart of that the rest was really good. The service, the beach and the various pools are really nice. The breakfast is quite complete and full of options.

This was our second stay at Rimba. It's a great resort with terrific staff, food, pools and gardens. The Hillside room we had this time could have done with a bit of maintenance - the bathroom tap wasn't fixed to the sink properly and for some reason we were missing one bedside table, but they were very minor issues. Overall we had a fabulous stay.

Beautiful resort with so many amenities! The Ayana resort is attached so you can use their facilities as well. The food at the Italian restaurant is surprisingly wonderful - get the pizza! And don’t forget the green tea ice cream at the cafe. The poolside ambiance at the Ayana is very upscale - few children, decent drinks and food and gorgeous expansive views of the ocean. We did the Aquatonic pool for 2 hours which was incredible! The brochure doesn’t do it justice, it’s very relaxing and I imagine the rest of the spa is equally as impressive. The rooms were perfect - very clean. The dry cleaning and laundry are quite a bit more expensive than other hotels in Bali but they’re very fast and the staff are incredibly sweet. Make sure to have enough cash for the laundry! Getting cash in Bali is quite challenging as ATMs only let you take out about $70 USD per card, per day.
Make a reservation to go to Rock Bar at Sunset! One of the best parts of staying at the hotel is that you get access to the in-house line at rock bar which certainly lives up to the hype. The food is expensive and just ok but the cocktails are great. Remember you’re paying for the ambiance here. Eat dinner elsewhere! Same with lunch - the Mexican at the Unique was no bueno.
Ku De Ta, Bambu, Cuca, and Mandapa in Ubud are the best spots to eat in Bali! Worth the drive.

This hotel is probably one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in.
The staff are so lovely, always saying good morning etc when walking past. I was ill one day and went back to my room and one member of staff came rushing to me worried that they had not cleaned my room before I went back in.
The only thing I would say is, the drinks prices are very high. I went to the Rock Bar and 7 single measure gins and a portion of calamari cost me almost £100 GBP. The food prices weren't so bad but the alcoholic drinks were very expensive.
Apart from that I had a wonderful 3 nights there, and was very sad to leave when my trip came to an end.

We stayed here last week for our anniversary and they went all out. I asked for Happy Anniversary in rose petals and got that and I Love You in rose petals in the bath tube (extra, didn't ask for), after our first meal got a happy anniversary card and not to mention the daily notes from the maid staff wishing us a great day. Our themed dinner was a winner with the wife. Some of the reviewers complained about the price of meals, I live in Japan and pay the same all the time. IT'S A 5 STAR RESORT, what do you expect. Went to the Rock Bar our last night for the sunset, and what a way to end your stay. No complaints worth mentioning, best vacation ever.
