I cannot believe that you didn’t do anything with my request to cancel this booking because with my wife, we had a car accident on Saturday 16th December and we couldn’t go there. We didn’t check in and you sent me this message asking how was our stay? Very poor service

Staffs are good. Transport facilities are good. But lots of mosquitoes inside room. Lizard sound inside room wakes you up sometime. Bathroom isnt clean -potty , wash basin tap were dirty. Private pool was nice.

It is very nice, luxurious property. But the surroundings are like much of Bali - crowded, chaotic! Excellent breakfast. Close to the beach.

Loved having our own private pool, limited choice for shopping & eating outdide of the villa. A bar within the resort near the main pool with some live music be awesome

We had a great stay. They provided airport pick-up and drop-off free of charge. Villa was spacious and clean, had all amenities. Breakfast was good with local and western food, juices, tea, coffee etc. Restaurant food was really good. Spa was great too! Overall great place and safe for families.

The bathroom is open air so bugs can get into your private space. There isn’t much to do immediately outside the resort on the street but if you walk a bit there are some good restaurants. The villa itself is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were really lovely and the villa was very nice. It was just a little out of the way for us with 2 teenagers who wanted to shop, shop and shop.

Overall the staff are really friendly and helpful, they do their best to cater to the request and needs of the guests, which I really appreciate. As for the cleanliness, maybe because the villas are situated in the nature area it can be cleaner, but overall it is still acceptable :)

Okay if you need to be Jimbaran
The villas are nice and in good condition. The services need to be more of the Balinese hospitality that is expected at other hotels. Little to no amenities were available during our stay like room service.

Very relaxing hotel
This luxury villa is the perfect place for a romantic experience with complete serenity. The villas evoke a very homely atmosphere and excellent private pool!

Big and quite but not very clean
The rooms were big with loads of space and nice private pool. The surrounding area was nice quite and peaceful and ideal for our honeymoon but the biggest disappointment was that the room was not clean. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was not very clean either with algae on the baths' showers and taps. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and supportive. Breakfast served was appreciative as well.

Beautiful villa and resort.
Resort wa great, breakfast was good. Not much to do around in the area but hotel provides free transportation to several places in Bali. Spa was ok but expensive.

We stayed at the Lumbini for 6 days. The villa was amazing. Private pool with lounge bed. Outside dining area with sink, counter, and fridge. Access to the bathroom from pool or inside bedroom. Bedroom had king bed with living room. Computer and desk in room as well. Bathroom had a rainfall faucet, huge spa tub, double sinks. We enjoyed the total privacy! Resort staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. Spa was also amazing. We cannot wait to return!

The resort rooms are large and spacious. Beds are large and comfortable. Bathrooms huge and luxurious. Cleaning in bathroom could be better mainly because open to leaves from trees and flowers coming through. Service for food a bit slow but all staff friendly, pleasant and helpful. Loved having own pool. Not suitable to families with children that can't swim. Great for honeymooners.

A comfortable and cosy villa
Lumbini is a good villa located in Jimbaran, not noisy and crowded as Kuta but still convenient enough to get food. Also, 10 minutes to beach is another pro. The room is comfortable and cosy, You can stay in your own villa for relax all day. This is a good place I will recommend.

Beautiful Villa
The villa is amazing! Spent the entire time sitting beside or in the pool. Short walk to the beach. Really close to Cuca, which I highly recommend for great tapas.The layout of the villa is perfect. My only concern was they do not wash the floors in the villa. There is a buildup of dust and spills around the furniture which you can clearly see when you are in the pool. Other than that, fabulous place. I would stay again! Highly recommended!

Love the location near Jimbaran beach area and airport. very sweet service come with bike for free. good for family can join the Beautiful nature view with resort. the villa and swimming pool are bigger than other villa, really need to try.

Wonderful and Relaxing
We came here for 4 days after travelling around Bali for 2 weeks.. The villa and private pool are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We basically ate all meals in the resort, which were fine. We did not really leave the resort as we wanted to relax so do not know much about the area.

Nice hotel and peaceful quite location.
My room was very spacious and in perfect condition with a private pool. I also enjoy the breakfast every morning along with the free entry to the gym.
