Hotel is old but still nice, included breakfast is fantastic, not so clean - there is no duvet cover and not sure if they are changing it as i don't see duvet in the cart of the cleaner. We are also disappointed is the slow maintenance service, we have informed them that the bathroom sink is blocked and faucet is leaking as soon as we arrived in the room, nobody came to fix it and we are not able to use the sink. We wake up with water on the bathroom floor as it overflows from the sink-we have to clean it by ourselves. The sink was never fixed until we checked out.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Ceiling falling apart in the lobby, rude staff, 30 minute time limit on breakfast! - asked for more pillows as the ones provided suck and was told we had to come get them ourself. When my hubs went down they couldn't find any! Rooms are super tiny, the shuttle service was a joke. Super late rude, cramped, just awful....it isn't worth saving a couple of dollars...stay ANYWHERE but this place and don't use Golden Eagle Shuttle Service...
