"This hotel was lovely and very quiet, especially considering the proximity to the airport. The breakfast buffet is worth the cost and my room was huge! The only sour note was an evening desk attendant with a severe attitude, but to be fair, he was a little busy. However, that is no excuse for rudeness. Overall, it's a great hotel, and it was a pleasant stay. "

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phoenix-Airport, an IHG Hotel

"My stay here was good. Breakfast was good. No issues with the rooms. Only problem I had is what I was told was “quite time” wasn’t until 10pm. During my stay, there were a lot of people who decided to become rowdy and loud at the pool area around the time normal people go to bed, especially those who were there on business. I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do about it to which they said not really because it wasn’t quiet time. Recommend lowering quite time to 9 PM and have staff keep the guests at a moderate noise level whilst outside. Nothing disrupts your sleep more than being on the second floor and it’s sounding like people are right outside the window, screaming and hollering. "
