I book 2 bilik. Byk kali kena tukar bilik. Mula2 sbb karpet basah dan ada lipas. Bilik satu lg plug x berfungsi. Tv ada tp xde line, telefon hanya sebagai hiasan, xde wayar pn disambung. Kebersihan mmg out. Sorry, this hotel is out of choice for me ever again

It was excellent especially wen I was unwell and the staff allowed me to early check in to rest. The view at night was also good. Many chances to view fireworks up close and personal

Got a great night's sleep in this quiet comfortable hotel. WiFi was free and adequately fast. A good breakfast place was close at hand in a row of shops nearby. I'd stay here next time I come to Ipoh. Excellent value!

Bad environment
Maintenance is very bad, room is full with dust. There’s no water supply in the morning time before our check out time, receptionist is not helpful and just try to push the responsibilities to others. After waiting for an hour, the staff only came up to give us another room key to get shower with no hot water supply. Definitely will not come back to this hotel again in the future !

Old hotel building with maintenance required.
Value for money but carpets and room can be more clean. Pricing of every single item make it sound like Guests are treated like thieves. Building is also very old. TV channels basic local.

Budget but slightly better than motel
The reason I choose this hotel was due to the location as it is located near to my relative home. This hotel is not located near to the Ipoh town and thus the price is relatively cheaper but do expect that the hotel is similar to a budget hotel quality with slightly above average. I've stayed there few times but the last time was a bit disappointed as the water heater was not functioning properly but the room was clean.

Nice but don't expect what it says
Despite saying so in the description there is no premium TV channels, no wifi in the rooms and no concierge service. The tea and coffee maker included a kettle but no tea or coffee. However the room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. Also the girl at reception was very helpful and lovely and made up for the lacking facilities at the hotel.

Overall stay is ok but unfortunately several workers (indian I guess...) talk louder from outside room @corridor which clearly heard as they talk in front of our room. Got to do with the sound proof surrondings

Good stay with peace and quiet. Good pricing too. Only the hot water wasn't hot and the showers placement was not right.

Requested for a double bed room, but they give me two single bed room. Told the staff and get to change room but still been given two single bed room(disappointed). Again called receptions and ask do they have double bed room available, staff said need to check. Finally after half and hour I suceesfully change my room.

BAD EXPERIENCE !!
This hotel is in serious bad condition. Lobby without air cond & long waiting time for the check in. The room bed is dirty & many hair/fur still stick at the bed. Hygiene definitely is very poor. No hot water, need to ask the hotel staff to push the hot water button.

Nice clean well presented foyer.
Good rooms for the price, nice and clean. Foyer staff was very helpful. Cant say too much about breakfast, it was option of friend noodle or rice only. We only stayed for one night and it was plesant

Cheap hotel
If you are just looking for a room and cheap price, this is the right "hotel". What it lacks are: no fridge, no chair, air conditioner is not ON until you are in the room and is not cooling until after 30+ minutes and you cannot control the air flow and temperature, the room key is actually a key (one key per room), the bath room door/lock is made of plastic, bath room is Malaysian style that when showering everywhere is wet (including the toilet seat, sink, all floor area), WiFi is not working all the time (installed just outside my room), has ants visit us, TV has 4 or 5 channel and mainly local program and the signal reception is poor, has a phone but no instruction how to make call to room (need to call the actual number for front desk), hair dryer need to be borrowed from front desk for 30 minutes only every night. What is has is free breakfast and a good night shift staff and a night security guard stationed at the front parking lot.

写真と情報と全く異なる古ホテル
チェックインして驚いた。掲載されている写真は確かにホテルで撮影されているものだが、いつの時代のものかわからない。玄関には空き缶がおちていて、ロビーには電気すらついておらず、ソファーセットもくたびれたものがおいてあるだけ。レストランがあると表示されていたにもかかわらず、あったのはバプのみ、しかも、滞在中はオープンしないとのことで全く使えない。リノベーション中、とはいえ廊下やエレベーターホールはエアコンもきいておらず暑く不快。
