Positives are: staff were helpful & responsive. Corner coffee shop nearby served great breakfast options. Walkable to Little India and several areas to eat or of interest. Negatives: wooden floor is noisy especially when kids run along corridor, karaoke singing at the bar opposite the hotel.

Decent boutique hotel
Decent and nice boutique hotel and the reception was beautiful but the room space is really small. Good for short stays for that size but not longer. There is nothing much around the area in terms of food, only 1 or 2 coffee shop/food court diagonally opposite the hotel. Also, I did not put out the make up room sign but yet when we came back from outside, the room was made up and towels changed :( Lucky we did not place any valuables in sight. Hotel staff should take note of traveller's needs.

It’s a nice hotel, service is great! Just that the bed a little soft for my preference and sound proofing can be better. But all else are awesome.

Place is beautiful with vintage deco. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. Place is just a short ride away from town and eateries. Staff were helpful as well. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and good dining facilities. Modern and vibrant decor. Room was very noisy due to traffic and wi-fi did not work in the room.

Nice hotel with a good Japanese restaurant next door. Not much else for amenities around. Had issues with the AC, so they changed our room.

The water heater & water pressure were not consistent. The sound proof of the room need to improve as we could hear the drinkers’ voices at the oppt bar in the night, very noisy. 1st night stay, TV faulty, 2nd night stay, the toilet bowl choked. But hotel staffs are friendly.

There are 2 dining options at the property, so very convenient if its raining. If there weather is fine, there are other options within walking distance. The staff and service was good although the bathroom is beginning to show its age.

Not a gd hotel to stay cos the room is very small. The smallest room i ever stayed yet the price is considered expensive. The room n toilet r not clean. A lot of stain marks. So is the wardrobe. No space to even put 2 cabin bags. Room is as small as HK Kowloon hotel rooms. So you can imagine. Location is not good at all for tourists who wants to sight see or enjoy Ipoh food.

Central location, easy parking, very very clean hotel. However my room #116 airc-cond was not working too well, blowing warm air instead of cold. Toilet was not flushing well due to low pressure. Otherwise it is a very well managed hotel for the price.

Nicely decorated hotel but some maintenance needed
Nice decorated boutique hotel. Fast check in and free parking provided behind the hotel. Location is good. Stayed for 1 night at room 210. My complain will be the aircond is too noisy and not cold enough. The shower water temperature is not consistent as the water temperature will turn hot and cold which it's annoying. In conclusion, still a recommended boutique hotel to stay but some maintenance need from the hotel side.

Although concept of hotel is excellent upkeep of basic amenities need to be improved. Television coverage was not stable for the three days we stayed. Instructions on shortages in room not passed on to incoming shifts causing lapses. Seems like understaff at the moment
