The hotel cleanliness is terrible, i had a nightmare staying in this hotel, cockroaches and rat poops in the room makes me uncomfartable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone in future.

The room is small, but clean. If you just looking for a place to rest and sleep, this is good. The only thing I don't like is the limited parking lot, only 10 parking lot available.

Nice hotel
When I was sleeping, its quiet and comfortable. Suddenly, there is a noisy sound of dogs are barking around and Im awake. Then I felt that it spoilt my mood coz I feel moody when my sleep is being disturb. From other perspective, there is no soap and syampoo provided. So its difficult for me to clean my body.

Nice hotel but bad staff
The hotel was nice, the location is good as it near Tesco and aeon mall.. But the staff were not friendly and the service was bad. I called before the check in to inform them that I'll be check in later at night and wanted to ask them to not let go my room as afraid they would give to others, but the staff asked me to cut off the phone call as they were busy.

The only con for the stay is that there is a karaoke club beside the hotel. And the worst nightmare was that the family room that we were staying was just beside the club. The noise from the club was unbearable to the extend that I could even hear what songs they were singing till 3am before I fell asleep!
