We were given Rooms 311 and 312. Room 311 ...we checked in at 5pm but did not come back to occupy the room until 10:30pm. The aircon did not work and was given only an alternate 309, the aircon was also not functioning well even at 16 Centigrade. The bathroom lights were dingy and the cabinet lights could not be switched off as the cabinet doors could not be closed completely. I had to sleep facing the other way to avoid light shining into the eyes. I don't think they are managing the maintenance well. I would not recommend!..........Dr Devanand

It is really clean and the windows are full height from the ground to the ceiling, so you get a complete view of the mountains. Darvin was very communicative and attentive to our needs. Was able to understand The circle ground in front of the hotel has a night carnival with car racing, bouncy, castles and ebikes to rent. There is a lot of food to try around, if you are willing to eat under a makeshift shelter tent. The natural view is terrific from the hotel, the natural areas within 5 km like the eco park should be visited.

I stayed in the studio suite facing the highway. Room is very comfortable, the sheets are clean n fresh, the TV area with sofas are very cool. Except the lightning at the doorway is a bit dark unable to use the mirror on the closets

Worse hotel should be a 2 star
Inconvenient and noisy location, rude staff, no breakfast buffet (at time of my stay), gym had no air conditioning, spa facility has been permanently closed. Worse hotel ever, don’t know how anyone could give this hotel a positive review.

Okay Experience. Can Be Improved.
Pro: Reception staff was good. We've been upgraded to Studio Suite with a nice dataran view. Cons: 1. The bathroom was a bit smelly (bau kepam). Luckily we brought our eucalyptus spray. 2. The corner for most of the furnitures (i.e. tables) are sharp. My 2 year-old daughter had hit her head several times. 3. Our request for extra blanket or towel was not entertained with a reason the hotel does not provide extras. Reason for us to request for extra blanket or towel is because our kid is cold at night. Never had problem with other hotels on this basic additional request before. 4. Would be much better if the hotel is equipped with a swimming pool.

Friendly staff and clean premises. Signage could be improved, removal of old signage would be helpful and lessen the confusion (an old sign indicating hotel car park should be removed)

Very badly designed property. Not suitable for hotel. As there are Insufficient parking in the day as the whole parking area was all occupied by the workers from the 2 office block. The car park is not guarded and dark at night with no covered and illuminated walkway. It’s dangerous to walk alone and During rain will have difficulties to access without getting wet. And since it’s a open car park, anybody can just drive in, so security is out of control.

Good hotel with one bad staff ruined my day
My room was upgraded to suite. Foods and services are very good except one receptionist on night shift that day. I ask for permission to call my husband since i left my room key with him while he was out to buy some goods for our baby. He droped me at lobby and forgot to give the room key. We actually came back from dinner outside.It was after midnight. She not even threw a single smile. I thought i can used the reception phone. But she let me used her mobile phone. Called was not picked up and i asked if can unlocked my room. I have a baby with me.Without even looking at me she shouted to the bell man asked to unlocked my room. The bell man that day was very nice and polite. Not like the receptionist. Not show courtasy at all. Please train her more about customer service. Others receptionist was very warm and polite.
