Iidabashi is close to some of the classiest restaurant areas in Tokyo including the sparkling district of Ginza. Nevertheless, there are some great establishments in Iidabashi that serve a range of different cuisines such as Indian, Japanese, and European. Though many restaurants are located along the main streets, there are some excellent local venues located in the side-streets. There aren’t too many pubs and bars inside the district of Iidabashi. Iidabashi is not renowned for its shopping facilities. However, it is close to several important areas that will lure shopaholics. Akihabara is only a short distance to the east and an assortment of sporting-goods stores and musical instrument stores operate within Jimbocho and Ochanomizu.
