The Hotel is located in the National Park and has an extraordinary view of Iguazu Falls. There is also direct acess to the park. Pools were excellent. Good choice of restaurants. Staff was friendly/ professional. Rooms small and dated. View is 5 star rest is 3.5-4 Star. Dont come here looking for luxury

Beautiful hotel and excellent service. The breakfast was the best! Dinner was a disappointment in food quality and ridiculous to pay almost $8 for water or Coke when you can get it in the national Park for a few dollars.

The Gran Melia offered the most wonderful background for viewing the breathtaking waterfalls. The staff, particularly Rocio and Maxi, were very helpful during a glitch in our transportation to airport. Everything was perfect!

Un hotel encantador, nuestro cuarto tenia como vista las cataratas de Iguazú, simplemente hermoso. Te sientes en conección con la naturaleza, las cataratas, y la jungla todo el dia y la noche. El personal del hotel es súper atento, y enfocados en ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad. Esperamos volver.
