I am amazed by the excellent customer experience provided during my stay at the upper house. The environment is both luxury and elegant. It is no doubt the premise will be my first choice when I stay in Hong Kong again.

Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The views were amazing. Very conveniently located, and the service was impeccable. We will definitely stay here again.

Despite the small lobby, the room met our expectations with its spaciousness and coziness. The service was truly exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, my fiancée experienced minor food poisoning during our stay. The staff acted professionally by assisting with calling the ambulance and went above and beyond, providing water and cookies for our ER visit. The attention to detail throughout our stay was impressive, contributing to an overall splendid experience. A special shout-out goes to Eddie, the experience manager, whose efforts significantly enhanced our stay and made it thoroughly enjoyable. We appreciate the dedication and care demonstrated by the entire staff and will definitely return when we visit Hong Kong again.

Everything is great, but the bed is not comfy at all…. unexpectedly hard. I would expect a much comfy bed. A normal 5 star hotel is always equipped with a good n comfy bed!

One of the best hotels in Hong Kong. Excellent service and room design is amazing (if you value how designer used the space). The breakfast in the morning is also superb.

Wonderful Birthday Staycation
It was an amazing experience. I gave my first try on staycation at The Upper House. Felt so warm while receiving sweet plate as my birthday treat. The service is excellent, will definitely choose The Upper House again. :)

Best hotel/house in town
Amazing hotel with true space and comfort indeed. Maxibar with Generous snacks and drinks are really incredible for relaxing and enjoyable holidays. Polite staff and excellent service make people feel welcoming all the time.

The hotel only has rooms above 38 floor to ensure your view of the mountain/sea, large room compared to other hotels. It is nearly a shopping mall and easy to travel to. I would say that UPPER HOUSE, ROSEWOOD HOTEL and K11 Artus are three best new hotel in Hong Kong.

Nice and decent hotel but the service was just mediocre. Breakfast was soso too but the room is spacious and love the bathroom

The Upper House has several great things that come to mind when staying at the hotel. 1) great attentive friendly staff (Jess Ma and Rhoda Chan were exceptional), unique modern tasteful clean design, great location on HK Island, excellent fit and finish to the rooms and the quality of every little thing seemed effortless but perfect.

Food standard dropped a lot. staff is a bit green on reception. Reservation with hotel.com was disconnected. No record on reservations even with conformation number. The names reserved on the hotel.com do not show up correctly on the hotel.com confirmation. Which leads to the hotel cannot check me in and could not find the reservation and asked a lot of questions which gave me an impression that I am a low end guest and come for a bargain deal. It is not just the property management but also hotel.com responsible to make sure I am being looked after well. Your company should look into what happen and review yourself instead of just ask me to review the hotel.

An Awesome Stay, So Sad to Leave...
We stayed 4 nights for Christmas, and it was an amazing and pleasurable stay. The hotel staff led by Renee were amazing, and couldn't do enough for us. The personal touches and attention made our stay memorable and I would definately recommend. We can't wait to return.
