Change of name since Covid but basically the same hotel. The suite rooms the sofa and dining table have been replaced by a very uncomfortable sofa bed and the sitting room area just looks wrong with 2 side chairs and only a coffee table. Microwave is in the room, limited cutlery and no wine glasses. A/C as always in HK hotels is noisey and the themostat setting bears no relation to the output. Comfortable bed, nice linen and towels and in a quiet area away from Causeway Bay - much more a local area with lots of small restuarants - do not expect English menus in all! Bring your own Nesspreso coffee pods as only tea pods supplied. In general a good hotel in the price bracket.

We are repeated customers to this property, even after they have changed their name of the hotel, we still decide to stay there due to the familiar local eats around the area. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. They dont communicate or interact with you when you check in or when they are in the lift with you, they just ignored you or stared at you which we find it's a deterrance factor to continue staying in this hotel. It's unfortunate.

A nice boutique property in a bustling neighborhood of Hong Kong. The gym, located next door, is 24-hour and Tin Hau Station is a short walk away.

The air conditioner is right above the bed, air blowing directly to you when one the bed. No one can use it when sleeping or waking up sick! Carpet is dirty, no hand soap at the first, empty body wash at the first. No parking in front of building, you have to walk a distance in order to wave for taxi, hard specially when you have luggage.

The room is kind of small but that's you expect in Asia. Staff is friendly and helpful,the air conditioner is kind of loud especial at night. Location is very good and tons of the restaurant around. I spent 2 weeks in there and I can't even try all the restaurant yet. Transportation is good also, pretty close to the MTR (Mass Transit Railway).

Top quality room and design. Made w good materials. Well appointed. Great views. Premium feel. Dislikes. Bed comfort not to the same standard of the rest of the room but works. Low pillow was uncomfortable. Not enough USB charging points. Low quality hair dryer provided wide price fluctuations of room pricing. Can be positive if you luck out and get a low rate . Recommend this hotel

I actually did not end up staying at the hotel overnight. But it is true the electric appliances is a little old. I did not make any difficult requests nor gave the staff a difficult time but the staff should have followed my instructions and should not call me outside of the premise because I said to wait for me to return for the fridge. And it is truly not urgent. But gave me a stomach ache right after I eat. But the boiler was handled when the cleaning lady came up. So I did not understand what the issue was but the fridge was dripping water when I first entered and later ok after I return. I honestly don’t think I will come back again as I don’t know how to communicate with the staffs.
If it wasn’t dripping, wont form that type of ice.

This one of the few long term stay properties that provide a kitchenette, which I really need. Overall, the room was comfortable and staff was extremely responsive to my needs.

Location is good and price is good for the size of the room although amenities are lacking. No bathrobes and no towels for the kitchenette. Tried to connect my Nintendo switch to the living room TV but the electrical socket is far from the tv and hotel does not provide extension cords.

The hotel staff members are super-friendly. Location is great with easy access to cafes, eateries, convenience stores, MTR stations and bus stops. The standard room in which I stayed had been recently renovated, and the size of room is great for one person.

Awesome Room and Excellent Services
We spent 12 nights in the One Bedroom Apartment located at 27/F. Awesome view with a mixture of city view and a bit of harbour view. The room is as shown in their marketing photo (some places look nice on photo but could be small in real). Generous room size, both Bedroom and Sitting Room are spacious (in Hong Kong apartment standard). Having a washing machine in the room is a massive plus for a longer stay. There is nothing I can pick on for this room, it is good size, plenty of storage and I am satisfied with the housekeeping and hygiene. Location is awesome, you have multiple public transport options around, 5mins walk from MTR, 1-2mins from bus stop and tram stations. Instead of fancy chain eateries and shops, you get a taste of very local residential area with lots of local food/shop options. But just a park apart, you can get to a major shopping area Causeway Bay in 5mins on foot. I’d like to make a special note to thanks Sandra at Front Desk for your help on the Check In and Check Out process. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than standard check in time, Sandra has been very helpful and arranged an early check in for us. That is very helpful especially when you desperately needed a shower after a long journey! Thanks Sandra =) And I loved being greeted by the cheerful face every day when I walked pass the reception desk, also thanks for the info about the local area too~ It has been a very pleasant experience and I surely will stay here again.

Quite disappointed this time
I stayed here 4 years ago, but seems not much has been maintained since. Stayed 6 nights. Room smelt of stale smoke on my arrival, and at times could smell smoke in the hallway outside even though it's a non-smoking hotel. Carpet old, towels old and frayed, ripped on edges. Air-conditioning was terrible, fluctuating between extreme cold and heat 24 hours a day - we woke up many times every night from sweating or freezing. No local Chinese channels available. These points led to a 3-star rating, but was dropped to 2-stars as I returned one day to find my brand new full white shoes stained with milk tea (the cleaners must've spilt the near empty cups in the bin), and while the hotel is great to book us a jumbo taxi to HK city check-in, the price was a steep hk$160 (I understand it's our choice to pay that price, but jumbos are very hard to catch on street). All in all, quite disappointed and will need to find another place for upcoming visits.
