Staff team very helpful but property in need of refurbishment. Carpet burnt and sink cracked. Great location near to causeway and transport links.

The staff service is fine but the hygiene is way below a 4 star hotel. Towels are wore out and with hair inside. Drainage area in shower has mildews and even a used plaster. These are unacceptable even for a 3 star, let alone a so-called 4. The only saving grace is that furniture and other facilities are relatively new and maintained.

Overall good stay and price is average and decent
AC is not cold. The thermostat is lock and it takes a day to figure out and corrected. Location is ok and is comfortable. Could be better value
