I reserved a Business suite, had the kitchen no dining table or chairs. Did not have a chair to sit in at all when i called the front desk she asked me to come down and get the a chair very inconvenient as I paid in advance for the room.

Very noisy guests and thin walls plus no seal around door let a lot of noise in perhaps due to renovations but still not to be expected at late hours so very dissatisfied

It’s n I win pictures. A lot of stuff is outdated and just the pictures make justice for it. Staff was great and room was clean. Water stopper in tub was broken

I purchased this hotel room for visiting friends. The room looked clean and nice. My friends said they slept well and enjoyed breakfast the next morning before I picked them up.

Morning staff is horrendous! I left to run an errand and they checked me out of my room. I came back and my key stopped working. I went to the front desk to ask them to reactivate my key so I can retrieve my things out of the room, and the woman behind the counter was super rude and annoyed that I was telling her I just wanted to get my things out of the room. Nobody asked to be checked out and I don’t know why they did that without my permission I was not done using the room and it was well before checkout time. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Front desk was super nice and helpful. The room and outside needs to be remodeled there’s expanding caulk exposed outside on the windows. The room didn’t have a couch to sit on, and the toilet paper holder was broken. There wasn’t a coffee maker although there was coffee

Nightmare hotel
Horrible never will stay there ever again employees parking on handicap parking I couldn't park there my sister with no toes had to walk a long distance we even reposted they were there then we find out it's employees parking there then the night shift kid a young boy was rude as ever to top it off he didn't want to give us toilet paper there was 1/4 of toilet paper no extra toilet paper are put in room then roaches inside room they said because of Weather change 😂😂😂 funny then elevator with wires hanging out no 3rd floor button so wires are left out in the open someone is going to get electrocuted not safe then I go outside to grab something's in car employee passes by making noise with truck only by me then takes off fast just to make me mad rude ask can be don't recommend this nightmare hotel to anyone

They steal you deposit money
First of all the room had no furniture, other than the bed. No chair to sit in. Second of all the guy told me he had no dog rooms available. Then he told me he would just act like I didn’t have a dog. The next day, I was told I couldn’t have my $150 damage deposit back, because I had a dog in a “.No dogs” room…. I feel I was scammed never never go to this place, because they are very dishonest.

I was underwhelmed with this. We stayed last year and it was fine. This year, both security doors on the outside were broken. If you have a gun with you it’s ok but if you don’t, it’s dangerous for those doors to be available to anyone. The front staff in the morning was inept at his job.

The hotel has recently been remodeled and is very pretty. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is still being remodeled so it wasn’t available. There was no breakfast, which I did find odd because the dining room looked ready to use. I didn’t ask about it, though

Service bad from several fronts. On check in girl was NOT friendly at all, not helpful, VERY SLOW. Either she was not trained, did not know what she was doing or did not care!! The next morning was no better gal at front desk simply nasty and foul. Don't know if I would go back strictly because of the attitude of the staff!

I liked staying at this hotel. It was easy to get in to, check in was a breeze. My room was on the second floor and the only time there was any noise was when housekeeping was in the room next door. Bed was comfy and spacious. Ample amounts of down pillows were on the bed. Within waking distance of 2 Convenience stores and a restaurant / bar. I would definitely stay there again.

The AC was extremely loud. The entrance to the building (back door) would not close. Very concerning safety issue. Clean room & pleasant checkin staff.

The pool was out of order. The ice machine was out of order and they don't have other ice. You only get 2 sets of towels, even if there are 4 people in your room - you are expected to use what you got and if you want new towels, then you go trade them in after you use them. We needed a quick overnight and so that's what we got. The staff wasn't very friendly - IMO, as compared to the other hotels we stayed at on this trip. I would find a different hotel next time. I don't understand why it is so highly rated. Maybe I caught it on a bad day.

The pool was not mentioned in the amenities. Ice Machine was back ordered, but we have it now. Also if you have 2 people on reservation the room has 2 towels. We also have guest that put 1 person on reservation and there are 5 people in the room.
