"IT WAS A 3 STAR HOTEL, BUT COULD 4.It's amazing, breakfast included .The restaurant food delicious.Near every thing you like to visit.We walk to the old town.and the castle, cathedrals an museum is really close to the Hotel. The attention of tbe persons at reception was excellent"

"Pleasantly surprised by the Mama Shelter Prague! I've stayed at a Mama Shelter property elsewhere before so I knew what to expect but the check-in staff, particularly Katie, were wonderful. Check in and out were easy, my room was ready with a Hotels.com upgrade that included a bigger room and cookies. "
