The location is quite deep in from main road. Arrived 3pm but the rooms only available 4pm ++. Water pressure not stable. Got dirt stain on bed sheet.

Great value newish Hotel
Very friendly staff,spotlessly clean and quiet rooms. Good shuttle service to Central Mall. Some staff do not speak a lot of English but are all very helpful. Not in town but that was not a problem.

hotel location
It was great. The hotel was around 15 minutes from hatyai train station.The staff attended our requests promptly. The hotel provides shuttle service to central festive mall and ASEAN night bazaar. We used Grab tuktuk service to go around other places in hatyai.

Extremely convenient despite being sited at in the suburbs of Hatyai as an efficient shuttle service is provided to Central Festival, largest shopping mall in Hatyai and to Hatyai Bus Station. From these two places, transfer onto Songtheaws(10 Baht per head) to Hatyai is easy.

Good hotel
The check in was slow. But other than that everything is good. Worth mentioning that the hotel is very thorough. One of my friend left a Tshirt in the room. Before we left they gave it back to us.

Convenient hotel when have shuttle service
It convenient hotel, unless you able to hop on the free shuttle service. Although you make advance booking. Last minute the staff will tell you they need to go airport to pick up guest. Hotel room is clean, if you need extra pillow you need to pay a deposit.

i feel comfortable with this hotel. clean, tidy and neat. Although it's a little bit far from the Hatyai town, but the hotel given free service send us to central mall, Asean night market and also bus station.The staffs are friendly too. will recommend to my friend. :)

Terrible sound proof
The room was clean, so as the bathroom. Staffs were very friendly and helpful too. Everything was fine except the terrible sound proof. We can basically heard people talking outside from our room.

Good & clean hotel, friendly staff. Location is walking distance from Central Festival. Hotel do provide transport services to nearby location eg: Central Festival, Bus Terminal.. do check with hotel counter staff. If needed a return pick-up call hotel or pre-arrange a time with the staff to pick-up at drop off location. Tuk-tuk to Lee Gardens cost 120 bahts, if using hotel transport pay 100 bahts.

New Hotel near Central Festival&Asean Night Market
Newly opened hotel in July 2016. Clean & New. 1km+ to Central Festival Mall & Asean Night Market, though is a distance to Central Mall, Odeon, Kim Yong Market, etc. Would recommend this hotel if you drive here. Good price for the quality rooms you get.

จ่ายเงินครบผ่านเอ๊กพรีเดี่ย/แต่พอเข้าพักพนักงานโทรตามบอกตัดบัตรเครดิตเราไม่ผ่าน/ให้ไปจ่ายใหม่/แถมราคาที่ให้ไปจ่ายใหม่ก็เป็นราคาที่แพงจากเดิมเพิ่มอีก500กว่าบาท/คืน เราบอกอป็นไปไม่ได้ ดีว่าไม่เชื่อพนักงาน/โทรถามเอ๊กพรีเดี่ย ใช้เวลาเกือบครึ่งชั่วโมง สรุปพนักงานเข้าใจผิด แย่มากๆ/ถ้าเป็น ต ป ท ทำไงใครรับผิดชอบ ค่าโทรศัพท์/ผิดหวังกับห้องนำ้มากๆ/ไม่มีฉากกั้นกันเปียกอาบนำ้เปียกพื้นหมด/เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าไม่ได้เลย/ภายในห้อง ok ดีหมด
