Excellent hotel

Good location with ample parking space, near to highway, and not far from city center. Room is clean and reception staff are very friendly.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, no lifts to get to reception, 2 flights of stairs to get there. To get to the swimming pool, down the stairs past reception & up 2 flights of stairs! No Sun lounges? Pool is ok for a maximum of 6-8 persons, but the hotel has 2 blocks of accommodation. No safety deposit boxes & no soap provided in the bathroom. Fridge in room is not designed to keep things cold, it keeps them at room temperature only. Breakfast I won’t recommend, it’s just not worth the money. How on earth this hotel could get such a high rating beggars belief.

Hope it could be better, no soundproofing. The noise of people walking outside was very loud. The air conditioner is very noisy, and it breaks when only half of it makes a sound. It has to be re-opened to use it. The hotel looks good and the food is good, but the room is not very good.

dirty and noisy

Needs a thorough cleaning. Bathroom sink filthy typical of undercounts. Mould showing along shower and generally needs a good cleaning. Beds not as comfy as I remember same with pillows. Noise is a issue and staff should be more aware and say something. All night people outside socializing and loud in hallways and family with kids screaming in the pool at 7am. Will not return.

We forgot a watch in our room; the hotel did not bother call or notify us; even when we stayed again in this hotel one week later. Quite some noise in the room in the evening due to party going on one floor below.

Overall I'm really satisfied with services provided by this hotel...very friendly & helpfull staff...shuutle to Central Festival & Market provided by hotel... Definitely I will come back & book this hotel again when come to Hat Yai

Go to stay and value for money.

Value for money. Quite modern and new hotel. The only complaint is the swimming like fish pond. The rest very satisfying. Hotels about 10mins away from town.

An nice hotel but the staffs were not so warm

We booked 4 twin rooms for 2 nights through hotels.com and due to I am the regular user of hotels.com, I was entitled for 2 hours earlier check in. BUT !!! That is not the case when we arrived the hotel (even it is just 45mins before the normal check-in time. We have then to wait at the lobby till the normal check-in time. So was kind of disappointed with the offer that hotels.com provided. The place is ok, the restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food, but if one really want to compare it with those local old authentic restaurants, then the restaurant food is just ok and the price of course is much expensive. There is a swimming pool and a gym, the pool is small, but we were lucky that there is no one there, therefore ou family member can have the whole small pool to ourselves. 3 of us and the pools is filled up if you really want to swim, unless you only plan to soak in the water. On the 2nd day, we went out for a day trip and back to the hotel by 4:30pm, all the 4 rooms were not made, so we called to get the room clean up and get the replacement of fresh 2 bottles of water and clean towels. Over all the saty is still consider good.

Location is far from city centre but it would not be problematic if you have own car. Close to a quite big mosque behind the hotel.

The receptionist was not likely to answer my inquiries and we did confirm with her whether our room is located at corner and she said “no”. However, both of the rooms as allocated by her were corner room. Kindly improve on the cleanliness of the coffee house for breakfast as I can see some flies flying around food corner.

Good Looking Pool

Arrived late at night. Left early in the morning. I got the cheapest room. For the price that I paid it was fair. Room was clean. I am sure if I paid more the room will be better. It had a beautiful pool and a gym. I never tried but saw.. You will need a car or taxi since it is far from the center.

Terrible service, no irons, poor customer service

The hotel rooms did not have irons as stated in their amenities. This was an extreme inconvenience to myself and colleague who stayed at the hotel for a business trip. The hotel did not honor the information noted in the booking confirmation and required a cash deposit. The booking confirmation clearly indicated credit card or cash. The manager refused to honor the booking confirmation. There were no towels for guest use in the gym. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel lived up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. It was clean and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed! My partner and I loved it! The garden was well maintained and gave out a super relaxing vibe. Travel tip: Food wise, the hotel's restaurant serves the best food in Hatyai town for a reasonable price. I read the review stating that it was expensive which made me avoid eating there, but I ate there on the last day just to find out that it was cheaper than most shops outside and it was absolutely delicious!! By far the best meal we've had in Hatyai. The only thing I was very much disappointed about is that we were not informed of the 1,000baht deposit. As we were on a budget trip, that definitely messed up our travel plans quite a bit. We've booked hotels online for phuket and Krabi, but a deposit wasnt required. The hotel should at least inform the customers before the trip, just incase.
