"Hotel is in great location and within walking distance to most attractions. We arrived on Sunday and enjoyed the night market. The streets around Hoan Kiem lake was closed for festival involving the Ngoc Son Temple and the whole place in a festive mood. The staff are extremely helpful in coordinating our trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. The transfers to/from hotel and train station were seamless, leaving us to enjoy the trip. They will escort you to the train station and help you to check in to your cabin."

Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi, it is close (walking distance) to a number of good restaurants (casual and family-oriented). A currency exchange is nearby and you can start your stroll through the Old Quarter from the hotel front door. Ask the front desk for any info you need. We had the best customer service here and would definitely return to O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa. Cleanliness was superb!"
