We really like the layout of the room. It was very spacious. Just wish there were hooks near the front door to hang up werlt clothing. Otherwise the closet is in tje bathroom and kind of clunky to get to.

it was a good choice and value for money. the only negative is the inability of the front desk to take cash for either the pet room 20$ or the 150 damage deposit. this resulted in the $20 us plus tax becoming $29 canadian after the credit card exchange, i am not frustrated with the staff but the corporate policies.

Aspen Suites was a very pleasant experience for my family. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious! The location was great; with easy access to stores, restaurants, and all of the natural beauty that Haines has to offer! Even our ‘furry, family member, Bear, enjoyed his time here! Hotel is in excellent condition. It appears to be new. Rooms are large. My only criticism is that the WiFi isn’t reliable. The signal was weak.

I have stayed here previously. Staff check in with you through out the day to ensure upon arrival paperwork has been previously completed (only signature needed), explanation given and you are done and in your room in 5 minutes. Room is clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels and anything else you might need. Everything in excellent repair.

Every now and then it's fun to get off the 'van life' and into a comfy hotel for a long, leisurely shower and a space to stretch out - literally as well as figuratively. This wonderful place afforded us just that!

Perfect place to stay!
What an incredible location at a great price! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The whole property was very clean and all in order. My room was prefect. Could not have been happier with my stay.

This property was nice and clean. The room was well equipped for extended stays. We were just transitting so stayed only one night. We had a major problem with the bed. The mattress kept sagging into the box spring. It appears that the box spring was upside down so provided no real support. If it hadn’t been so late when we arrived we would have requested a different room. This is to bad since otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
