Dear expedea, the hotel i reserved at with u didn’t have room for me when i arrived to china,all the rooms were taken and they refused to refund me,plz see what u can do with themThey claim that expedea didn’t pay them

事前に予約し、当日ホテルに行ったにもかかわらず、予約されていないと言われた。予約番号等が記述された画面をプリントした用紙を見せたところ、ダブルブッキングだと言われただけで、空き状況の確認作業等はされず。従業員の態度の悪さから、これ以上の交渉は意味なしと判断し、自前で他のホテルを探し、ようやく取れた別のホテルに宿泊した。 場所についても、空港からタクシーにて移動したのだが、タクシーの運転手も全くホテルを知らず（事前に漢字表記、中国語名も調べ、伝えたのだが・・・）、運転手がアプリで検索をかけても出てこなかったため、探すにも非常に時間がかかった。（近くの通りで降りた後、近くのコンビニ、店舗に聞き回りながら、ようやく探し当てた。 若干暗くなる時間（１７：３０ぐらい）に訪れたのだが、周辺の街灯は非常に少なく、路地を入っていく感じになるため、小さな子供のいる家族連れ、カップルでの宿泊には適さないかと思す。
