Towels in the room weren’t clean, they had hairs and colored stains (yellow and black). Went to get out of the shower and none of the towels or wash clothes were clean. Check-in was great though, he was very helpful!

Stay was a mixed bag. Location was convenient. Room reserved was no longer available when I checked in but was upgraded to another room. Shower was out of soap and was replaced next day. Sink drain slow and clogged . Toilet also required multiple flushes.

the front desk guy named Mark or matt (the guy wit the cool flower pattern glasses frm zenni) was really really great. well informed and had things ready for me as i checked in. i will for certain come back bcuz of him
