1.Checked in process too slow 2. Booked for 4 person breakfast, but only provide 2 person for free and another 2 must paid 3. Non stop disturbance from the register counter staff calling to room and keep repeating the breakfast issue 4. Not recommended

When we got to the room after they reluctantly upgraded us to the sea vie room we found the safe was not working and the sink in the toilet was cracked and leaking. I informed the reception on 3 occasions and was told we will get it sorted today but today never came. Very disappointed with the service from reception and front desk. However the service from the catering and breakfast was excellent and they even made us a take away box on day of checkout as we were checking out at 4am. Hotel looks wear and tear and could do with upgrading and is in the middle of nowhere

Horrible location, misleading information and pictures on website! It’s no beach it’s a sea shore with rubbish around , it’s no choice off restaurant , cafes or grocery store. It’s 45 minutes to city. Hotel provides shuttle one way and you need to be requested in advance.

This is my fourth time staying in this hotel.Unfortunatelt during this staycation it becoming worse than me perfect stay before this. As i arrived,i didn't noticed that u need to pay for outside parking.This bloody fat girl come to me and asking for RM20.I refuse to pay and told her that I will park inside the hotel carpark.Somehow she refuse and asking me to pay just because she already write the receipt.What a bad first impression as I just arrived. Another thing that make me disappointed with the cafe staff.Like another hotel,if your plate is empty,the cafe staff will asked you politely to take your plate.Well,its not happening in this luxury hotel.I have to pick up my own plate and put it on the waste trolley,these two cafe staff(a guy and girl) not doing their job properly.Please provide training for your cafe staff. This time I rate this hotel as POOR due to this bad service.

We reached the hotel at 1.30pm, merely 30-min before the check-in time, and our room wasn't occupied. But we were put on hold till 2pm for check-in.

Went as a couple to relax. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and attentive. Food for the room service was delicious too. The room and sea view was superb although it was hazy. Couldn’t ask for more.

Inconveniently located. The carpark is a challenge to get up and down. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. The pool was not cleaned up, with hair and strange scums and cigarette butt.

Great service.
Amazing service in all the hotel departments. Location makes it difficult to do anything off site but the hotel amenities were great. Water sports like kayaks would be great since you can’t swim at the beach. Rooms are beautiful & plunge pool is awesome.

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Not worth the money.
Pros : 1. Rooms are very spacious. Bathroom area also very spacious. 2. Partial seaview which isn't that great. 3. The indoor private pool. 4. Sunset view from the rooftop bar Cons : 1. Sink area was moldy. 2. Bathroom doors couldn't close shut, had to use the clothes basket to close it. 3. Pool was dirty, found cigarette buds in it. 4. There's 6 lifts in the building but we literally had to wait 10 mins for it(Poorly configured). Had to take the stairs a couple of times up and down(2nd floor carpark, and 10th floor room) . 5. Kids were running and yelling across the hallway at 12am ( this is not the hotels fault, but i had to mention). Also heard screams from kids throughout the day when in the private pool area from other units above. 6. The location of the hotel is a bit deserted in Bayan Lepas and the sea is very dirty at this particular place. (Stayed at a different hotel prior to this in Georgetown, seaview was much cleaner) Overall experience : Not worth the money. Definitely did not meet the expectations. Won't return.

Overall, the room facilities and amenities are quite satisfying. Room comes with steam room, bathtub, and a private 1.2m plunge pool. However, the anti-slip mattress in the bathroom looks dirty and mouldy.
