The sink had no hot water. Wanted to charge $20 to downgrade room so I could be on the ground floor. Door let in water during heavy rain. Worst motel 6 ever

All the other hotels I've visited provided shampoo, this one does not. Shampoo and conditioner are basic necessities. Hotel management please take care of your guests better

We couldn't afford to make an additional deposit, so we doubted the head of the person who set the room rate for this place, how can we get this price? Garbage is not organized around and the most important problem is that there are too many cockroaches in the room. I've used hotels a lot, but I've never seen a place with so many cockroaches, even in the room. When I lifted the shoes I left under the bed, 3 cockroaches ran away. 1 running away after being motionless under the table, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the closet... The price is 80-90 dollars.... The condition here is worse than that of an old motel that costs 50-60 dollars.

Wanted to check in just an hour early to take showers we were only there for 3 hours but we paid $75 the room was clean and all but the attendee kit stating that there were no rooms clean but we visibly saw through the window that several rooms were clean

The property was very well secured I felt like and clean. I would stay here again with my family. For the price I felt like it was worth my money. The only problem was the toliet was very loud when it was running and the bathroom fan was loud.
