"The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. "The property was very clean and we had plenty of room. There was one issue but it was resolved quickly. It was so convenient that there was an Aldi right at the bottom of the parking garage."

"This is too far for visiting DC. There were thousands of bug larvae coming out of the drain in the bathtub. They found a reason every single day to close the pool completely or close it early - and it already closes at 8pm. Don’t stay here. I was so disappointed."
