This was the most quiet hotel!! Loved the blackout curtains - they worked beautifully! Breakfast was very good! Front desk staff were very friendly. We didn't have need for the trasportation but were asked if we needed it which was nice. VERY convenient to everywhere we needed to go.

The hotel was clean and well kept. We had called prior to our stay asking if the rooms had safes and if robes were available for the spa. We were assured that every room had a safe and robes would be provided. Their were no safes in the rooms and no robes. The manager apologized and didn't know who would have made such promises. The manager, Erin, was very nice and apologetic. The assistant manager, a man, was curt and seemed bothered by our questions. That was not appreciated.
The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Having an airport shuttle and breakfast made it an ideal place to stay
This is an amazing business that’s the epitome of hospitality. Very professional, kind, friendly and welcoming. We have loved every Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. This is truly one of the best ones!
Was a little disappointed this trip. The shampoo was empty, the bathroom door has some sort of sticky gunk stuck to it, the tub didn't hold water, and the toilet ran all night
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located across from Walmart and other area essentials. The rooms were large, offered a fridge and additional sink. The hotel had an excellent breakfast too, eggs, bacon, potatoes and cereal. Also there was hot coco, tea, and coffee available 24/7. The pool was nice and the staff kind.
It was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I inadvertently lost a very important item in my room and after a quick call the item and held it for me while I drove back to retrieve it.
The room was great, the staff was great, and breakfast was awesome. But we stayed on a day where many things went wrong. The pool was closed down after we checked in. The elevators were malfunctioning and we were on the fourth floor. We had to wait half an hour after check in time because our room wasnt ready.
The front desk employee is very friendly and provided such great customer service. She acknowledge both myself and family once we walked in to check in. I wish I remembered her name but she had a great nails! I appreciate the young gentleman for bringing the plunger around 2am! I will stay again when I come visit Fairbanks!

When we arrived the ac wasn’t working in the room they didn’t have another double just a king and we wanted our own beds they couldn’t get maintenance to us so I figured out what was wrong when I told them they didn’t offer me anything for fixing it myself overall it was ok some things at the breakfast weren’t always cooked all the way but what can you expect from that type of breakfast the hot tub didn’t work well either
Walmart is just across the road. Other than this, hotel does not offer any shuttle service going into town. Its quite far to anywhere other than train station and airport.
No safe in room.
