"This is a much older property that does not look well kept. The rooms are really smelly from a combination of the bathroom sewer fumes, smoking, musty and not sure what else. It is also very noisy due to its proximity to both the freeway and a main street."

This property is awful. 1st off the staff is unresponsive and needs to be retrained in customer service. Our hair dryer didn't work. When my wife went to ask for a new one she was told no. "Managed to get an accessibility room after some discussion. Evidently you can only reserve them if you phone in and not by registering online. Also right outside the accessible room was the only ice machine for the whole facility and it is not secured at night. People were filling large coolers at all times during the night. Most did not actually stay at the lodge."
