Olivia at front desk made our check in so fast and we really appreciate it since we were extremely tired. After 6 days and 5 nights at Melbourne and we had a blast. It is a luxury hotel no doubt but its staff placing it in much higher rank. Room service gets 10 star. Doormen get 10 stars i just remember two names Tobi and Nathan and from the restaurant Nicolas. Thank you. Worth every penny. Love it"
