"stars plus hotel. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Old fashion style hotel service. Professional and courteous staff. Olivia at front desk made our check in so fast and we really appreciate it since we were extremely tired. After 6 days and 5 nights at Melbourne and we had a blast. It is a luxury hotel no doubt but its staff placing it in much higher rank. Room service gets 10 star. Doormen get 10 stars i just remember two names Tobi and Nathan and from the restaurant Nicolas. Thank you. Worth every penny. Love it"
