Not worth the money.
For the price i wouls have expected a cleaner room. There was construction going on in the building and the parking garage was storage for those projects. The pool area was closed and we were not notified at all.

We were bumped from our reservation and moved to a Sheraton. Her didn’t gets suite.. and we were subjected to comican people very stranger .. it. Was upsetting Shari tried to check in early but your app failed.. then was emailed i no longer had a room.. you figure out what happened! I don’t think I want to explain this rest! Very disappointing. We were celebrating our 15 yr. anniversary, and the only reason we were staying at the hotel was because they have an indoor pool. The website we booked our hotel failed to mention that the hotel was being renovated and many of the amenities like the bar and restaurant and pool were not available. We had paid for 2 nights, left after one night. The website or hotel need to mention this to potential customers. Very disappointing !

They were in the middle of renovations which would have been good to know before my stay there as the gym and pool were both closed. However, the did give alternate place to go for those but it was just inconvenient. Everything else was very nice. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff is really really great. The rooms are literally wet and muggy and there’s no ventilation. Our sheets were damp and had hair on them. The water pressure was horrible. The parking structure was really cramped and the entire place had insulation and construction material laying out. It smelled like sheet rock in the entire place and felt dusty. My biggest issue was how damp the room was. We couldn’t breathe and had to prop the door open at night. I left with a cough and feeling really sticky and gross. The staff was by far the best thing about that place. They’re extremely kind and accommodating and really good people.

Check on status of renovations!
Under renovations, inconvenient for check in, handicap accessibility was limited. Parking was horrible, uncovered open parking lot behind the hotel. A make-shift ramp was place up a staircase to enter the hotel that was too steep to actually use safely. Once we made it to the room, the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was PERFECT for our girls weekend. It was in a great location and incredibly clean. They were amazing at working with us when we needed a later out time. I definitely recommend this hotel

I was there for an event at the Fort Worth Convention Center! The hotel is basically right across the street which is terrific! The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous!

This hotel is about 10 years past needing a renovation. Bathrooms are TINY with no ventilation to rid it of moisture which has led to mold. Vanities are wore out. Carpet is dirty and wore out. Overall just VERY disappointing for a $250+ a night room. No valet and no one out front to even bring a luggage cart our help with bags. Again for the price of the room there should be at least a presence of device beyond the person at the desk checking you out. Elevators were down a couple times. We were there for business adobe a banquet - if it wasn’t for that we wouldn’t have stayed there. If if the banquet is there again next year we will stay elsewhere.
