"We felt not welcomed! Front receptionist staff were rude. They didn’t even welcome us. It looked like they didn’t like to rate we gave for the rooms on expedia. They gave us a room in the basement. I believe it was under the restaurant because there were lots of chair moving on our ceiling. The room was dusty and hairs on the desk. I had to wash the mugs in the room before I use. "Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient.
