"I believe I paid for an oceanfront but ended up with a garage front. I stayed there many of times and always booked oceanfront. This time I had my two grandkids age 4&5 with me. "Everything about Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa Hilton Head Island was fabulous. The staff was exceptionally helpful, the grounds were beautiful, swimming pools and areas left no room for complaints. The beach is 'right there'. And if it couldn't have gotten any better, we had the opportunity to meet Mr. Charlie this morning as we were getting ready to depart. He came up to load our luggage & take it down to the car for us. "Stay two nights two separate rooms. First room was on the fifth floor it was perfect. Second room was on the third floor it had not been remodeled and had german roaches. Staff was amazing and very helpful perfect location if you have kids or not."

"For starters why am I paying to park in a parking garage that is across the street (connected by the walkway that was without air conditioning) owned by the resort 12$ a day! Also to mention the “waterpark” beside said parking garage consists of 3 simple slides and a few broken kid play things. Nothing special about it, definitely should not be listed as a water park.
