"My kids loved the pool and the hotel itself was super neat and great art but rooms are not easily accessible. Not your typical high rise hotel with elevator access so just know that before you book. Also no cancellation policy"

They also said that they will reimburse me for the night I didn't stay in and for the mistake but then they refused the reimbursement through expedia. Scammers"

"Het is op zich best een goed hotel. Personeel is aardig. Vooral de dame van het ontbijt. We hebben wel wat min puntjes. Ze bieden je de gelegenheid om te kunnen wassen, maar als je geld wilt wisselen dan hebben ze geen klein geld in huis. Beetje jammer. Tevens was ons bed wel netjes opgemaakt, maar het bed van onze zoon niet. Heel vreemd."

"We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful and the property and room were clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. One thing I really liked was every floor had a water bottle refill station (thought this was a great idea!) so bring your water bottle! We didn’t use the pool or gym but we did go down and view them and wish we had more time to use them. There is a resort fee and as we didn’t use the wellness facilities, was kind of a waste of money for us. But...
