"The night staff was so rude. There was no coffee in the lobby. They stood there while guests were filling their plastic water bottles with the lemon water and putting the top of the bottle where their mouth was on the tap and did nothing. Yuck completely unsanitary. The gate exiting parking was broken. One of the elevators was broken. My search said breakfast included. Nope. The breakfast is 24.00 and doesnt start until 6:30 which by the way is where you can get coffee. So I hope you dont go to...

"The hotel & visit itself was great. Just a bad timing on maintenance between renos, floors, & elevators. Happens but maybe should've suggested a different location. Otherwise, everything was great. Staff were great & we'd come back."
