"It’s in the heart of the city but it wasn’t too loud. Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond. My room itself was clean and spacious for one & the bed was comfy. I added breakfast on for myself and it was good the first day but felt a bit stagnant the rest of my stay but that’s continental breakfast I suppose. There are plenty restaurants around if you want to switch it up!"

"Self check in was very easy and the room was quite spacious for our family of four. Description was quite accurate. We appreciated the coffee pods and tea bags. It was easy to find and nearby public transportation."

"Very clean, well-located four-star hotel just around the corner from the Palladium shopping mall and its extensive food court. Three Starbucks a block away from the hotel, which is also within easy walking distance of a Metro station, trams, the Old City and very affordable restaurants. We were in a suite. Lots of space. But It could have used a microwave and Nespresso machine in addition to the mini-fridge. King bed was comfortable. Shower was in a high-sided bathtub. Some might find that...

"위치가 좋아서 호텔앞에서 각방향을 가는 트램을 탈수 있습니다.식당도 1츠에 있으면서 야외도 있어 저녁에 맥주한잔 마시기 좋습니다. 서비스도 좋아서 춥다고 하니 바로 라디에이터를 가져오네요. 아쉬운점은 주차시설이 없어서 100미터 떨어진 쇼핑센터에 주차해야합니다. 강력추천합니다."

"Room was dark and dingy we had a deluxe suite. Holes in the wall tiles falling out in bathroom. First night got a call at 1030 pm as our luggage was delayed and delivered no assistance given until young man at front desk saw me dragging luggage up the stairs elevator was up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was in a small cramped space. This was definitely not 5 star. They had no top layer sheets but comforters; room went from 17c to 22 Celsius. We were advised it was centrally controlled not sure...
