"The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. The bathrooms are a little small, but the hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. The staff was so friendly. I would definitely recommend."

"This was a very quiet location and easy to get to. My absolute favorite was the valet parking which was included with the Expedia bundle. It was super helpful and this hotel is great if you want to people watch because at night the streets come alive the staff was Super friendly And patient"

"Hotel location was great if planning to visit the Adventure Park, but if not, then no benefit to staying there. The "Waterpark" is nothing more than two slides, one of which is only for toddlers. Far from what I would consider a waterpark. Plus the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast dining area is much too small to accommodate the number of guests on the weekend plus selection is very limited. The toilet seat was broken in our bathroom and all the furniture was scratched and beaten up....

"I LOVED this property!! It was so beautiful!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities! My husband and I experienced elevation sickness while staying here and decided to stay in for dinner. We didn't know if we could expect much from a somewhat limited menu, but we were pleasantly surprised with the BEST salad I had on the trip and we enjoyed the pizza as well.
