Absolutely terrible and disgusting. The staff what rude and slow. Room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, air conditioner didn't work, SHOWER DIDN'T WORK. Told them of all these issues and the lady said that h the e air conditioning works fine in oir room and I should have used the remote better. (I clicked ever button on the A/C and the remote 5x. It was jot user error. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the woman was trying to blame it on me after the fact.) I was told the manager would call me. Never heard anything back. Tried to call and the lady said he already has my information and would be back in tomorrow. How come he didn’t reach out to me like I asked if he already has my information? overall, I would never ever recommend anybody to stay in this disgusting rundown, understaffed non-functioning hotel. Again, last night, we did not have sufficient air conditioning on a hot night nor did we have the ability to take a shower. This hotel room was Uninhabitable during our stay and after being notified about it, the hotel has done nothing to compensate us or apologize about the issue. The rude woman on the phone just kinda blamed me for their stuff not working haha. Looking forward to hearing back soon from the manager that the staff i spoke to told me really does not care about anything.

We loved staying here, beds are 11/10 comfy… like the comfiest beds i’ve ever slept on & my partner agrees. Only complaint is if you don’t sleep with A/C on you can hear the club beside you. but it’s great.
