"The front desk and cleaning staff were great. More attention needs to be made to hallways - older carpet, trash outside of rooms, outdated key entry, tv channels not include espn, no welcome folder with nearby restaurants, etc."

"Mold in the sink and shower. Shower was dirty. Unpleasant smells everywhere on the hotel. Continental Breakfast was very sad. No cream cheese for bagels, juice was watery, and only peach or Trix flavors for yogurt."

"Caulk missing around the sink - countertop surface is old and discolored from dirt over the years - the tiles on the floor around the tub are discolored from use over many years. Overall, the room was likely sanitary, but was very worn out"

The hotel front desk insisted on payment for another night. Thanks to one of the housekeepers, we were able to check out later with two people and a service dog,...
