The property has a resort feel. We stayed in the Superior Room, which was quite large with balcony and dressing room. The rooms were a bit dated. I recommend the Superior Deluxe rooms, which are upgraded and have more facilities and have lift in a three storey block. The housekeeping is mediocre at best. They are a bit stingy with toiletries and the towels although clean, are worn out. The staff is very helpful. Our room was on third floor with not lift facility. The Beach Restaurant serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Japanese/Thai Restaurant outside the resort but owned by the resort has good ambiance and serves good food. The property is located in Sanur area, which is a quite area and not as touristy as Kuta, where all the young people come. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property and would like to come again, but in the upgraded Superior Deluxe Room. They try to do some good cultural programs like Balinese Night Dinner and show and Balinese Cooking Classes and Yoga.
