The room looked as if it had been patched together 5 too many times. The fire alarm had a bag wrapped around it and duct taped. For a nonsmoking building it sure had a lot of stale cigarette smoke. The desk personnel were polite but the facility was horribly rundown.

Dont let the outside of the building fool you. Once we got passed the group of people outside and checked in with the front desk we went to our room. We opened the door and were hit with a wave of musty air. The room was dark and dingy, the comforter had burn holes in it and cobwebs hung from the ceiling. It did not smell nice and we immediatly wanted to leave. Told the lady at the front desk we had to leave and she assured me we would get a refund...we didnt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The pictures of this place misrepresent the actual property. It’s an older property. There were burns in the bedding, hair in the bathroom sink and I felt unsafe. The pungent smell of food being cooked was overwhelming. When I checked in, after paying online, I was told there was a $50 deposit. If I used my credit card, it would take 5 to 7 days to be reimbursed. If I paid cash, I’d receive it back upon checkout. I handed the receptionist $60 and she insisted she had no change. After going back and forth with her, she mysteriously handed me $10 back. There wasn’t any indication when I booked that there would be a deposit for the room I had already paid for the day before. Not quite sure but I believe they house homeless people.

Only problem is the water from shower sprays outside onto floor because there is no curtain. You have to open the door and use the door so water doesn’t hit the outside floor and puddle.

Not what I was hoping for.
The first room I had the shower water did not drain at all. The water leaked into the floor. I had to switch rooms. Was not very clean. Towels were stained and bed comforter was stained as well.

No towels provided for a two day stay. Then, after I checked out, the hotelier called me and said the towels had gone missing and he was going to charge me $120.00!!! I turned the car around to show him my owndamp towel I had used since I'd figured they were cut rate and didn't provide them. He told me ok, he would take off the charges. Then, nearly 3 weeks later, on New Year's Eve, a charge comes through amd causes me three overdraft charges! I am disputing it through the bank, but so disgusted with them. Such a cheap and cowardly tactic, and now he'll lose business due to my reviews. There are many one star Yelp entries complaining about this place for rudeness amd unclean rooms too. You should remove them from your recommendations, they reflect poorly on Travelocity.

The housekeeping needs more help on how to not leave hair of other people before leaving the room. They didn't change the bed fitted and conforter was burn and dirty. When, asked for new towels the front desk female with long black hair to her waste was not friendly. We wait about 45 minutes for the towels. Lucking i had brought two towels. She said that i had to request housekeeping. When i checked in the first lady was very nice and told me the housekeeping was everyday. I wasn't happy with the lady that work in the evening 😕. Bad personality. Not educated in her job. They should hire personal that will bring this Inn and better care for the floors and bathrooms.

There is 1 plug in that entire room and zero USB ports in the room - ridiculous in this todays world. Also the Complimentary Breakfast sucked. Just sugar and no Splenda - the sugar is in a container where all have access vs packet’s - no scrambled eggs or sausage- just cereal, mini muffins etc Clean place but needs to do simple things

The place was older and a little run down but mostly clean enough. It was a little cheaper than most in the area. So there was that. It seemed like a working man's hotel. Lots of Semi truck parking beside the hotel. The gal at the desk was Friendly and accommodating. The guy who was working later at the desk was kinda rude..

Very close to the highway for easy access into Middletown. Rain style shower head is not my favorite design. Trash can in bathroom would be nice.

Property is old dated and not very clean. The furniture has stains all over, the gym is in a moldy basement and the ceiling paint is falling down.
